The only statewide association representing highway, heavy and utility contractors in Illinois, AGC of Illinois offers a complete range of programs and services to its contractor and affiliate members, including bid lettings and tabulation services, labor relations services for union members (group and individual contract negotiations, grievances, unfair labor practice charges, arbitrations, Taft-Hartley fringe benefit funds), employment law and guidance for open shop members, safety and loss control programs and services, EEO and DBE services, training, education, proactive governmental affairs (including legislation, rule making and agency practices), joint IDOT/Industry Cooperative Committees, partnering programs, weekly newsletter and special bulletins, quarterly magazine, scholarships, networking opportunities for members at athletic and other events, annual convention and exposition.
